Open-source Rust terminal coding agent for any model (40+ providers, local models included). The **harness** pairs a goal-driven work loop with permission modes (Ask, Auto-Review by a reviewer model, Full Access) and an optional workspace-write sandbox, and `/receipts` lists every file it changed, command it ran, and web or MCP call it made; the TUI is the shell.
