Ouroboros (razzant)

Self-modifying personal agent that keeps its identity, durable memory, and history across tasks and restarts. The **harness** owns the agent loop, tool execution, and specialist-subagent coordination, and it changes its own code only through review gates, with restart checks and rollback kept in git history; the desktop app and headless CLI are interfaces to the same runtime.
