Command-line orchestrator for coding agents (drives Pi and Codex subagents): every task gets a dedicated branch/worktree and a typed lifecycle — read-only preflight, risk-scaled merge-queue review, release-readiness gates — with receipt-backed changes. The **harness** contribution is the git-native task/merge orchestration layer on top of whichever agent executes; not an agent loop itself.
